How long shall I continue physio for premie child with dystonia?

Hi! my daughter is premie 30 week born 1.3 kgs ,now 3 1\2 yrs ,we started her intense physio 1 1/2 mth back and she has shown good results,she could not sit ,now her back has straightened and sits with a finger support,according to neurologist she is mild dystonia but we started physio late coz she use to fall sick every 3 day so exercising was not possible ,now she started speaking,eats everthing and alert ,earing test good results,delayed milestones I understand but please tell me how long?

then main intervention that improve out come in delayed milestones is PHYSIOTHERPY, so please and please adhere to schedule of exercise that has been advised , keep watch on diet should be balanced esp in iron and protein
