It may take some time for you to return to your normal cycle, but if it takes or has taken more than 2 months for your period to appear, then visit your treating doctor who can prescribe you some pills to help with the appearance of your period. These pills can be used to help regulate or push start your cycle, and can then be gradually weaned off so your reproductive system can start functioning on its own.
Best wishes.
