How Long Does Swelling On Face And Jaw Take To Heal After An Injury?

Hi, I had a major car accident in March.My nose was broken, ( I am still recovering as has op 4 weeks ago) I have whiplash, and my right side ribs are still sore and my jaw near my ears going down my jaw line still hurts.My jaw line on both sides of my face has swollen up..My doctor says I will heal in time..How much time does 1 need to be pain free :-( .. I can t afford $15.00 for an answer, Sorry :-(

Read your query as you have injury in face and jaw region see healing of bone takes time for about one to two months or even more it depends on injury . Dot be worried so much relax and take time for recovery . I will also suggest you to consult oral surgeon for investigation OPG and treatment . Maintain proper follow up visits to your doctor .
