How Long Does Smoking Weed Stay In The Body?

i have a question last thurday i went to light a cig and noticed it wasnt right then my friend said it had weed in it i got call for a job the will require hair follical i havent smoked in 3 years prior to this incident did it just screw me over by tht happening?
