How Long Does Opiates And Cocaine Remain In The Body?

my son just got out of a 30 day rehab for drug use. we did a home drug test and it came back positive for opiates and cocaine, he has no money no car and has gone no where we don t know where he could of got it. how long do drugs stay in system he is also on citalopram for depression could that affect results

I had gone through your query.

It does not last up to 1 month. In some chronic It comes positive for more then a 1 month.

Citalopram does not alter result of drug test.
If you are on any agonist therapy then it can lead to false possitive results.

Be stick on abstinence and rehab.

Consult your treating doctor aand get help.
