Welcome to HCM
I have read and understood your query
I hope this will be useful
The surgical wound over bony proinences take time to heal.Wart excison site also heals slower plus this is the area you put pressure every time you walk so it will take time.
Here i would suggest you few things to continue your daily activities
Ist use very soft shoes or sleepers.Try not to put much pressure on that foot.Dont walk much only when needed.Wrap a bandage when off to work. When back home remove the bandage asap and keep your foot elevated.Keep it dry.Avoid washing it as much possible.Clean the wound with spirit thrice a day.Use a painkiller to alleviate the discomfort.if you sweat a lot then dont wear socks and closed shoes.
I hope you have answer to your query now. you can reach me anytime with any other query
