How Long Does It Take To Lose 30 Pounds On Vigorous Exercise?

I need your help I m 14 and weigh 140 pounds and exactly 5foot and I do 55 lunges on each leg ,55 side leg lifts on each side , 55 shoulder presses, 60 arm circles and 60 bicycles --3 times a day how long would you think it would take to lose 30 pounds and how much weight would I lose in a week

Hello and welcome.

Healthy weight loss is considered to be about 2 kg a week, not more. Your exercise regimen is indeed vigorous and I should warn you that this may be a little extreme, but if you have the time and energy, then reaching your target weight and then maintaining it should be your aim.

With the current regimen and controlled intake of food, you should be able to lose abou 3-5 kgs a week, although I hope this is only temporary as it may not be healthy.
