Hi,

The pain you feel may be neuralgic pain caused by sciatica most probably. Consult the neurologist or physian for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. The swelling on legs and feet may be pitting oedema. The cause may be internal disease related with kidney. For that get investigated for knowing the cause of pitting oedema. Keep the feet elevated to reduce swelling of the legs. For the neuralgic pain, pregabline may be taken.

Hope this helps.
