Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I fractured my right fibular bone 5 days ago, near the knee. My toes are cold and I have almost no feeling on my big toe. I was told my fracture is not very serious, so I don t have a cast or splint. I was told to not bear weight on the injured leg, elevate it, move my ankle and knee. And I was given 4 weeks off from work. Is this a realistic recovery time for this type of injury?
