How Long Does SGOT And Cholesterol Levels Take To Become Normal?

Hello Doctor, I am 33 years old. I have been diagnosed with HSCRP of 4.3, SERUM HOMOCYSTEINE of 15.37, SGOT of 24, SGPT of 43, Cholesterol of 237, TRIGLYCERIDES of 209 and LDL of 148. The blood test was done post 12 hour of fasting. Post the above check up ... I am taking Rozavel f - 10 & Cap Homocheck once during the day since last 3 weeks. This medication is advised for 3 months post which a LIPID profile is suggested. - Is there anything besides medication that can help reduce these levels faster ? - Can I stop taking these medicines post the levels return to normal ? - How soon do these levels return to normal range and will they increase after stopping the medicine.
