How Long Does Cytotec Take To Work?

I took cytotec when I was 9 weeks pregnant and I bleeded for one day then took a complete dose again after 1 week and a thick black mass of blood came out but I still feel nausea, cold, and abdominal pains.And also my heart beat is still fast. does it mean that my pregnancy still continue? if yes what do I do to save it cause I regret my act and want to save my child? please help me

Understand your concern
Cytotec for medical termination of pregnancy should be taken uder the advice and supervision of gynecologist.
You took the cytotec without the advice of gynecologist that lead to high chance of incomplete abortion as you used pill at very long interval.
Cytotec action will complete in 3-4 days as abortion process will complete. As you took the complete dose, high chance of abnormal development of the fetus like bone deformity, heart deformity and skull deformity.
So you can not continue the pregnancy.
Nausea, cold and abdominal pain all are side effects of the cytotec and increased heart rate may be due to anxiety.
So I advice you to consult the gynecolgist and go for USG scan to know the status of pregnancy or incomplete abortion.
Better to terminate the pregnancy or incomplete abortion by surgical procedure like suction evacuation and D & C.
