How Long Does Clonazepam, Clomipramine And Fluvoxamine-malate Take To Treat OCD And Mania?

Dear sir, I am suffering from OCD and mania problem.... Drs in my locality have prescribed me the following medicines: Clonazepam 0.25 mg Clomipramine 10 mg Fluvoxamine malate 50 mg. But these medicines creates a trouble in my daily routine work....I am HR Officer abd have to deal with people daily...also i am experiencing side effects . Please suggest me should I continue with these medicines? How long will I have to take these? And how to withdraw these?

It can take months to years to treat, counselling therapy should be administered along for better results. Kindly consult your treating physician before discontinuing treatment.
