How Long Do Tuberculosis And Pneumonia Take To Get Cured?

Dear Sir, I am Nayanjeet Singh and recently I did two test like X-Ray and Mantoux Test and i knew I am Tuberculosis and Pneumonia Patient . when I cough blood come from my cough and mucus. Now I am taking medicine for TB from last 7 week but some time still blood come. i concern my doctor he told me that who patient which has both (TB and Pneumonia) symptoms blood come it will relive after some time. My concern is that It will relive after some time???

Hello,

You should follow the 7 weeks of treatment exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

You should wait for another month for the blood in sputum to disappear.

You will get better only with proper treatment.
