Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Don't worry these are withdrawal symptoms that you are experiencing & it will go away in about 20 days. Just keep patience & be good to yourself. Cope with the anxiety, dizziness or insomnia, headache, bad dreams do not panic. Keep yourself well hydrated, take soup, juice and ORS. Keep yourself busy by either doing some work or things that you like, reading, listening to music, dancing, etc. Eat fresh fruits & veggies, nuts, dairy products & take some multivitamins to feel better. If you have discomfort visit ER so that you can get symptomatic treatment that will help you cope with the withdrawal symptoms. Take care.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
