How Long Can Zicam Nasal Spray Be Used For A Congested Sinus?
My sinus are so congested. I have all the symptom described here. I m using Zicam nasal spray and it helps for a while, but this is the second day and this says not to use more than 3 days. What next to help? I tried the netty pot, but really hurt and just seems to be filling up my head, not doing what its suppose to do.

I suggest you not to use zicam nasal spray more than 3 days.
After that you can use:
-a saline nasal spray for few more days
-drink liquids
-Use a humidifier at home.
