How Long After Being Treated For Jaundice Can Gymming Be Started?

hai doctor, i really need your help to know that i suffered from jaundice for two weeks and now i am improving greatly. so i want to know that, can i start my gym now or i have to wait for some time. i will be helpful if you give me detail information about this issue.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you have jaundice, for 15 days, and recovered. After recovery from the jaundice for regression of the liver it will take time.
Till you get the complete remission it is better to avoid the strenuous exercises, you can continue with the light exercises.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have good recovery, and resistance against infections.
