How Is A Skin Tab On Mons Pubis Treated?

I have a skin tab on my mons pubis, it is not inside the vagina. it is more like right where it folders on the top where pubic hair is. I first noticed this after i got my fix wax, that was 6 months again.That area is very sensitive and it has gotten bigger since the time i first noticed.
