How Is A Colon Cancer Diagnosed?

I was diagnosis with ulcerated mass Signode colon, The doctor came in the room and said you have cancer and it s pretty good size and maybe being there for a while and he left the room they sent in a biopsy, I have not got the results back but without the results how does he know it was cancer ?

I would advise you to see the biopsy test result yourself and if you have colon cancer then for blood for CEA would also be high.
