How Harmful Is Excessive Masturbation?
I m 22 years old. Sometimes I masturbate thrice a day. And right now I am not able to concentrate on anything. Many a times I feel absence of mind. Is it due to masturbation??? I have read in some books, that sperms (veerya) should not be wasted. It gives you energy and all. Is it true? Should I stop masturbation to perform well in life???
