I've just been Diagnosed with fibroids... Big ones. I have many that range from 1-10 cm upon examination my uterus size is equal to 6 months pregnant. So, together with my doctor I decided to get a hysterectomy. luckily there is no cancer so I get to keep my ovaries.. unfortunately they are so large I need to be cut open rather than taken vaginally. My question is being a bigger girl(250 lbs) is there a weight loss program required .. I was told I might need to do a liquid diet before hand.. Ive always had a lower belly problem(even with prior weight loss) being sliced open I understand that my belly may never shrink after.. any help before?
