How Effective Is Relicalm For Sleep Disorder?

I sometimes go through very stressful times in my personal life because of which I don t get sleep. My friend said she was prescribed Relicalm CD when she was in a similar situation. I wanna take that medicine too. Can I do that? Just wanna get some good sleep.

I really appreciate your concern, of course you must be having the same symptoms as some one is having but you are not suppose to take the same treatment what some one is taking it is not advisable, for good sleep try relaxation therapy, hot drink at the time of bed, instead of taking to medicine, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
