How Effective Is Fertyl In Increasing Sperm Count?

Dear sir, My spearm count is 40 mil. Doctor is advised to me take coq forte and fertyl m for 3 months. Will it help to increase the spearm count 55 to 60 range which is ideal to get pregnant and how much time require to reach the good range. Thanks Nitesh G

Yes, CoQ and Fertyl will help you to increase your sperm count.
Fertyl is clomifen citrate which is used to treat male infertility caused due to oligospermia. You need to take 50mg daily for a minimum of 3 weeks.
It cannot be guaranteed that it will increase to 55 to 60 million range.
