How Does A Lump In Shin Area Cause Calf Pain?

i have been having really bad pain in my calf that has increased in the past 48 hours. it is really bad when i sleep. I found a small lump on my shin also, don t know if it is connected. I went to the doctor who gave me gabapentin which has caused me severe headache. what should i do?

I would suggest you apply anti-inflammatory gel to the areas like voltaren gel locally after hot fomentation and in addition take aleve(naproxen) tabs for few days.supportive treatment with evion once a day
