How Does Ambien Help In Relieving Arthritis Pain?

I have severe pressure headaches an I have arthritis. I take ambien to sleep at night. When I feel the ambien starting to work,all of my headache and arthritis pain is gone. Of course then I get sleepy and go to bed. What is in ambient that takes away my pain?

You have history of having headaches and arthritis. You are taking Ambien prescribed to you by your treating doctor. Ambien contains zolpidem, it affects chemicals in the brain that may be unbalanced in people. It is used to treat sleep problems and insomnia.

It is a sedative, also called a hypnotic. It is commonly taken before bed time. To get rid of arthritis pain naturally, include anti inflammatory food in your regular diet. Stay active, do exercises and regular walking to help your joints lubricated.

Staying active will help to reduce pain. Maintain healthy weight. Take adequate amount of water and fluids to prevent dehydration. Dehydration triggers headache. Take home made, freshly prepared balanced food. Avoid taking spicy, oily junk food, avoid strong smell of any kind as it will trigger headache. Stay away from addictions if any.
