How Dangerous Is Cough And Cold During Pregnancy?
hello. I have had a bad head/chest cold the last few days. It seems to have cleared up but i have a horrible cough. You can feel the mucus in my chest when i cough, and today it taste like medal. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant. Is there anything I can do?

Schedule an appointment with your doctor so he/she can decide if you need any medications to help expel the sputum in your upper respiratory tract as I do not wich to prescribe anything for a pregnant woman through an online consultation.
As for some home remedies, the best things you can do is to stay warm, keep drinking small sips of lukewarm water through the day and try to be seated while coughing.
