How Can Worsening Disc Protrusions With Impingement Be Treated?

I just had an MRI here are the results:Interval worsening of the previously noted disc protrusions at the C4-5 and C6-7 levels. Ventral cord impingements is present at each of these levels. Mild exiting left C5 nerve root impingement is seen at the C4-5 level on the basis of vertebral endplate spur encroachment into the left neural foramen, unchanged from prior examination.
