How Can Wheezing Be Treated While Suffering From Low Immunity?

What can i do for wheezing? Had whopping cough as an infant. The recent sand storm from Az sent unbearable, unbreathable air to central West Texas. They are calling this sand storm a “haboob”. In addition, i have a low immune system so it’s difficult for me to withstand airborne pathogens.

Hi,

Wheezing may be due to shrinkage of respiratory bronchioles and bronchus due to asthmatic attacks induced by allergy or infection.

Maybe you developed an infection or dust allergy.

Use face mask while going outside, use bronchodilators or corticosteroid during an asthmatic attack.

Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Get done chest X-ray and complete blood picture. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
