How Can Weakness In The Legs Be Treated?

I had bactiral pneumonia 6 months ago, I was hospitalized for 7 days, how ever after I got home my muscle weakness is still here in my back and legs where I am bed bound a lot. Also I have lupus which is in remission. could the antibiotics given for the pneumonia cause my muscle weakness still 6 months later?

welcome to hcm .. antobiotics may cause the leg pains or musle pains but the effect does not extend upto 6 months ..pains may be due to prolonged bed ridding or lupus ..
