How Can Vomiting And Stomach Ache In A Child Be Treated?

Hi there. My son has been vomiting from saturday to sunday night and a little bit yesterday. he stopped vomiting but does not eat anything for two days now and keeps complaining that hi belly hurts. all he does is drinks water. can you please advice what to do. thank you

thanks for posting query at HCM , but history provided is insufficient.

age?
weight of child?
stool habits?
what kind of food is intolerant?

gradually introduce solid or liquid food ( subjected to his age) at regular intervals. Keep child upstraight for atleast 20 to 30 minutes after each meal.

Oral rehydration solution OTC maybe given to prevent water and electrolytes loss.

vomiting in children is usaully self limited.
nothing to worry
