How Can Vomiting After An Angioplasty Be Treated?

Sir my father have got angioplasty for last one month he can t take food; because eat little food as liquid he is vomitting one month September 14 to today Oct 25 , he take all check up creatine level normal still vomiting please give me good results.

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

With all normal reports, most likely cause for your father's vomiting is stress induced gastritis. So better to give him

1. Combination of pantoprazole and levosulperide on empty stomach twice daily. Pantoprazole is antacid and levosulperide is anti emetic.
2. Anxiolytic drugs (propranolol and flunarizine combination) at night to reduce stress levels. Don't worry he will be alright with all these in 1-2 days.
