Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There is no cure for vitiligo, and it is usually a lifelong condition.
The exact cause is unknown, but it may be due to an autoimmune disorder or a virus.
Treatment options may include:
-Exposure to UVA or UVB light
-Depigmentation of the skin

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
