How Can Vitamin D3 Deficiency Be Treated?

hello Doctor, i am a male and my age is 45. I have deficiency of vitamin D3, doctor advised calciferol powder to be taken with milk for 6 weeks. but this has happened third time in last two years. What dirt should i take to overcome this. Sometimes i have to take long breaths and too much gas is formed in my stomach. i have done all the tests related to heart and they are normal. Please suggest what should i do.

Hi,

That's great your tests are Normal. You should take vitamin D for more time if it's was deficient. We recommend taking 2 to 6 pack units initially to fill the deficiency and then take 5 thousand weekly, or 20 thousand monthly.
