Hello doctor, I am deepika age 29 and my husband Rakesh is 31.cycles regular 26 days. My tsh level is 1.2 and prolactin was tested in sep 2016 and was 38.I was prescribed cabgolin 0.25 mg for three weeks. all other hormones are in normal range with ca-125 at 38.I am taking dong chi a Chinese herb to control ca-125.I have a simple right ovarian cyst. But my husband has grade 2 varicocele and bilateral epididymitis with mild hydrocele.currently he is undergoing acupuncture sessions for varicocele repair and spem quality improvement.his sperm count is 20 mill/ml,2% morphology and 45% motility.please advise if we can conceive naturally or need to go for fertility treatment. In our case, which treatment has high chance of conception. Also.we need a second opinion for my husband, Please let me know good andrologists in Bangalore. I am put up in J P Nagar. Thanks.deepika
