Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

The history and symptoms suggest me that you had infection before you had sex. The act of sex has injured the vaginal epithelium.

The physical injury to the vagina and the area surrounding has led to all these symptoms.

I would suggest you to consult your gynecologist at the earliest for the physical examination to assess the extent of injury.

For your symptoms, I would suggest you to follow
1. Avoid sex until the symptoms comes down.
2. Tab Azithromycin for three days to control the infection.
3. Oral Ibuprofen to reduce the pain.
4. Give hot fermentation.
Thank you.
