How Can Vaginal Infection Be Treated?

I have a yeast infection and took Fluconazole last night. Can I take Azo Yeast Plus for symptom relief? I am using Vagisil also (3-4 times a day) but, if it s possible I d like to try the Azo also. If my symptoms don t improve how soon can I take another Fluconazole?
