How Can Urge Bowel Incontinence While On Chemotherapy Be Managed?

My wife has been operated twice and parts of colon and small intestine removed. She is undergoing chemotherapy. She was diagnosed with fissures 2 days back. Now she is getting the urge to defecate every hour and she hardly passes any thing. It results in lot of pain and discomfort at the anal region. She us taking Eldoper every four hours but no relief after more than 24 hours. No pain in the abdomen but only on the anus.Kindly advice.
