How Can Unwanted Pregnancy Be Terminated?

hello.sir. my wife got pregnent but we come to know about this after 30 days. and we confirmed it by 41 days by pregatest now we want to abort the pregnency but our home condition does not allow it and we do not want a child at present. can we abort the pregnency after 46 days lapse of menses and how so we abort easily can she take m t p pills and how much and how many days labour pain she will suffer

I understand your concern.
Abortion by means of pills is possible for pregnancy less than 10 weeks. But this process needs to be done strictly under medical supervision. Following abortion process, you need to confirm by means of ultrasound scan and follow-up with your doctor to make sure that all the products of conception has been expelled out properly or not.
If the pregnancy has crossed beyond 10 weeks, it needs to be terminated by the process of surgical abortion.
Kindly consult Gynecologist in this regard for further evaluation and appropriate management.
