Hi I am 26yrs old. Had exploratory laparatomy on the 13th of last month right ovarian cyst. My ovary was not removed. My question is it possible to get pregnant 3weeks after the surgery. Also what is the best method of pregnancy control you can recommend for me. Since I am still single
