Hello Doctor, I am 41 yrs 72 kgs. prediabetic for last 5 months and the triglycerides of 185 . Since last 4 months I have joined one fitness centre, I see a lot of improvement in my health and physique. The instructor advised me to take Whey Protein once a day, 5 times a week to strengthen my muscles. Should i go for it ? Tarun Gupta
