hi . i have lota for a long while now it started on my face but ive been treating it but it just comes back worse than before. My whole fave is covered in lota and peels and my back has to. ive been noticing that i have heats on my chest and neck area and it gets dark and looks terrible and i dont know what to do

You may get examined for blood sugar levels, complete hemogram, immunosuppressed status.
