How Can This Pregnancy Be Aborted?

hi. im almost 3 to 4 weeks pregnant. I have two very young kids and I cannot have another now. I have already take misoprostol (ST MOM) 200mg, 4 tablets sublingually thrice with three hours interval but I have not passed a single drop of blood. plz help me how can I abort this pregnancy. thanks sarah

1. You have taken medication for medical termination but there is no trace of bleed - in this case we have to confirm the status of the pregnancy weather still intact of incompletely aborted.
2.As its very early pregnancy possibility of partial / incomplete abortion is possible. The ultrasound will help to find out the status and presence of retained products of conception.
3.If pregnancy is intact the next step will be D&C dilatation and curettage.
4.Which is a surgical procedure - scraping of the endometrial cavity.
5.A suggestion for you - take proper protection / contraceptive to avoid this kind of complications. Good luck.
