How Can The Leg Knot Caused By Injury Be Treated?

I had a hard fall yesterday while cleaning the pool. I was stepping around a corner and lost my footing. I fell from a full stand and hit the inside corner of a thick stone surround. I suffered a very hard hit on my right upper leg. The leg is hard to walk on due to what seems to be a very tight upper muscle where the knot is, the knot is about 4 to 5 inches in diameter and is visible due to the thickness. I also suffer some scrapes on my arm and shoulder, and my wrist is swollen a little but I only think it is sprained. I don't have fever, although the knot on my leg is warm and I had a good bit of discomfort with my wrist last night. Soon after the fall I was applying ice to help with swelling. What concerns might you have?
