How Can Testicular Pain Be Treated?

My left testicle was pulled about a month ago, it was pulled relatively hard and hurt immedately after it happened. It now hangs lower than my right testicle and i have random pains in my left testicle, the pain feels like its coming out of the testicle from the inside and causes a lot of disconfort. Its really sensitive to the touch reguardless if it is hurting at the moment. The pain's frequency has been getting worse. Almost to the point to where i cant stand it but it only lasts for a few seconds to maybe 30 seconds. I plan on seeing a doctor if this is not a normal thing. Help please.

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
I understood your health concerns.
My Impression-
Based on facts of your query,You seems to suffer from-
?Varicocele / or Retractile testes / or Torsion testes.
You need to see the doctor soon, especially Surgeon / Urosurgeon, to verify by physical examination and USG/Colour doppler tests.
Only after testing and checking with doctor, your doctor would plan the treatment according to any of the causes discussed above.
My Impression- about your case-
The latest event of testicular pulling on left side, might have expedited the un-noticed Varicocele and caused it to express incidentally.
Or it could be due Post-traumatic Funiculitis with increased blood flow, the resultant hyperthermia has caused the lowering of testes in your case.
The case needs to be assessed on above lines , by physical and radiological testings from Urologist/ or Surgeon.
A proper treatment accordingly would resolve your helath issues.
