How Can Systemic Lupus And Ischemic Colitis Be Treated?

I am a 66year old woman, I have systemic lupus and years ago I was diagnosed with ischemic colitis. I had the pain in my stomach the day before last and had a very big bm. No hemorrhoids then during the night it kept up and changed to blog plus what looks like clots. I am still passing YYYY@YYYY
