Hello. I was camping this weekend in Oregon. I got bit pretty good on my legs from bugs. I had a 14 hr drive Monday back to Southern California. My feet started swelling. I drank a lot of water yesterday and my feet are still very swollen and my left calve is very sore

Hi.

Swelling can be due to bug bites causing inflammation and itching.
So it is advisable to take anti allergic medicine like Fexofenadine or Levocetrizine to reduce the swelling and inflammation.
You can apply ice pack over it to reduce inflammation and swelling.
If the swelling does not improve much with it you can consult an Emergency and get a steroid shot.
Apply steroid ointment like Clobetasol over the bite sites.
It can take 4-5 days to about a week for improvement but if it doesn't improve consult an Emergency room and get evaluated.
