How Can Swelling In The Lower Leg After Injury Be Treated?

I fell off the top of my desk 9 days ago and slammed my right lower leg onto the desk edge on my way down to falling backwards on the floor. My lower leg is slightly swollen and red and feels warm. What possibilities could it be? Is it possible it s nothing serious?

Hii
Thanks for posting on health magic
On the basis of your history, you might have soft tissue injury of leg, or if restrictions of movement is there, then there might be a minor fracture
If no fracture then start a antibiotic and anti histaminic
Wishing you good health
