How Can Swelling In The Arm Caused By A Hornet Sting Be Treated?

I was stung by hornets twice in the forearm, one middle of forearm (ulna side) that is very swollen and another that occurred at the AC (3 finger widths from 1st sting) that is also very swollen. This occurred yesterday around noon. I've used cortisone cream on the stings. Do I need to do more?
