Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Is it due to vaccine or due to infection? Swelling may be due to fluid retention or lymphedema or cardiac or respiratory problems or hypo proteinemia. Also possible it may be due to hypersensitivity reaction etc. Treatment always depend upon the cause. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
