Hi,

By your history and description, possibility of infection and cellulitis is more likely. This kind of penile injury is very prone for infection. So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination of penis. You will need oral antibiotics, painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs.

Local application of antiseptic cream is also beneficial. Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts. Wear only cotton undergarments. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 1-2 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
