Pritam, you are doint the admirable thing by wanting to take your weight off and recognizing how dangerous belly fat, in particular, can be.
Please be reasonable, though.You speak of a great deal of weight to be lost in such a short time. Take a longer time and make small, but permanent, lifestyle changes and the weight will stay off for good.
Always start out with a small breakfast in am with lean protein, low starchy food. Eat small portions, perhaps 5x per day instead of 3. Drink water before you eat so you don't eat as much. Exercise 150 minutes per week, Power
Yoga, Zumba and exercises that target toning your waist line. Drink clear green tea 5x per day on empty stomach prior to exercise to burn 17% more calories.
